Tuesday 28 January 1783.

Present His Excellency the Governor
Benj Stoddert, Gabriel Duvall, Jere. T. Chase & John H Stone
Esquires. —
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Grahame
one hundred and sixty one pounds, eleven shillings and eight pence
specie agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State
per Certificate passed. —

That the said Treasurer pay to William Grahame nineteen pounds
six shillings and eight pence specie due him for Money lent in May
1780 per Certificate adjusted. —
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to William Grahame
[agreeable] to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State Cred-
itors of Congress &ca " for seven pounds, twelve shillings and two
pence specie due on a Continental Loan Office Certificate adjusted by

the Aud. Genl.—
It is agreed to permit Dorsey, Wheeler, and Company to export
three thousand Bushels of Corn in lieu of two hundred and twenty
five Barrels of Flour, part of the four hundred and fifty, mentioned
in the Contract of the 21st Instant, they paying the State as men-
tioned in said Contract the further Sum of two hundred pounds Cur-
rent Money over and above the four hundred and eighty seven
pounds ten shillings

Governor Paca agreeable to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this
State Creditors of Congress on Loan Office Certificates &ca " for two
thousand five hundred and fifty one pounds, seventeen shillings and
eleven pence specie due on Contl Loan Office Certificates adjusted by
the Aud Genl
