Present as on Yesterday. —
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Robt Taylor
Twelve shillings & six pence specie due him per Acct passed. —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Henrietta M.
Walker one hundred and fifty one pounds, eighteen shillings and
seven pence Specie agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from
this State, per Certifa adjusted the 14 May 1782. —
Commission of Letters of Marque and Reprisal issued to Peter
Barrier Commander of the Brig Duke De Crillon one hundred Tons
burthen, navigated by Twenty men, mounting four Carriage Guns
belonging to George Salmon and others of Baltimore. —

Permission given to Nicholas Gorsuch of Baltimore County to go
into New York by Dobbs's Ferry for the purpose of carrying neces-
saries to his Brother who is a Prisoner in New York and to return. —

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to John Gingle
three pounds, eight shillings and four pence specie agreeable to the

the 30th of August 1782. —

Mr Quynn was desired by the House of Delegates, to apply to the
Governor and Council, on Behalf of Mr F. Green, for at least as much
Money on Account of his Order on the Treasury, as would enable
him to print the Laws of the last Session. We beg Leave to refer
him to you, with our Opinion, that the Public Service requires he
should be accommodated.

Enclosed is a Letter with Instructions to furnish you with Provi-
sions to the Amount of the Blankets the State took of you, or to pay
you the Money, if you prefer it, and which you are at Liberty to in-
vest in Produce. You will be pleased to remember not to sail below
the Port of Annapolis, without the Permission of this Board, and
on your coming down here, to report your Cargoe to us. No Flags
must depart this State without our Leave and Permission.
