for Worcester County. —
John Selby, Nehemiah Holland, Joshua Townsend, Peter Chaille
and William, Morris appointed Justices of the Orphans Court of
Worcester County. —

Wednesday 11th December 1782

Present His Excellency the Governor, — Benjamin Stoddert, Jere-
miah T. Chase and John H. Stone Esquires.
Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Eliza Issabell
two pounds, two shillings and six pence specie due her per Account
passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to William Stewart two pounds ten
shillings, David Robinson seven pounds, eleven shillings — Matthew
Driver fifty three ponds and Zebdiel Potter Executor of Nathaniel
Potter, deceased, forty pounds, ten shillings and eight pence specie
agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State per Ac-
count passed.
That the Eastern shore Treasurer pay over to the Western shore
Treasurer three thousand six hundred and sixty five pounds, eighteen
shillings and six pence farthing specie, — three thousand nine hundred
and eighty four pounds, fourteen shillings and six pence of the Bills
of Credit emitted June 1780 — seventeen thousand, six hundred and
sixty three pounds eleven shillings and ten pence Bills of Credit emit-
ted May Session 1781 three hundred and seventy one pounds, sixteen
shillings and three pence Contl and Convention Bills of Credit and
two hundred and seventeen thousand one hundred and thirty three-
pounds of Tobacco. —
Commission of Letters of Marque and Reprisal issued to Peter
Briamant Commander of the Ship Navigator, four hundred Tons
burthen, navigated by thirty six men, mounting twelve Carriage
Guns belonging to James Caze and Michael Mallet of Philadelphia. —
