Tuesday 10th September 1782

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Lancaster
thirty five Pounds, fourteen shillings & five Pence and Benjamin
Ogdon forty eight Pounds, six shillings specie agreeable to the Act to
adjust the Debts due from this State due them on Certificates for
Horses under the "Act to procure an immediate supply of flesh
Provisions and a sufficent number of Horses for light Horse & for
Carriage passed. —

That the said Treasurer pay to Charles Machen eighty four Pounds
& five pence of the Bills emitted under the "Act for the Emission of
Bills of Credit &ca due on a Certa issued agreeable to the Act to
adjust the Debts due from this State." —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Richard Spencer
thirty three Pounds, ten shillings and five pence of the Bills emitted
under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca per Accounts
passed. —

. That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Gassaway twenty five
Pounds of the same Emission in part of his Salary on Account.

That the said Treasurer pay to William Wells twenty Pounds
eleven shillings of the same Emission for the use of Gabriel Brand
and Jonathan Mahugh due them in lieu of a Suit of Cloaths each
per Accounts passed. —

That the said Treasurer pay to George Hanson twenty one Pounds,
five shillings and ten Pence specie out of the five shillings specie Tax
due him for collecting seven Horses & Expences on the Eastern
Shore per Account passed. —

That the said Treasurer pay to Robert Bowie seventy five Pounds,
sixteen shillings and one penny Specie out of the money aforesaid
due him for collecting thirteen Horses & Expences on the western
Shore per Account passed. —

That the said Treasurer pay to John Longden sixty six Pounds
specie per Account passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to William Barrow one hundred and
thirteen Pounds, fourteen shillings and three pence specie agreeable
to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Robert Bowie forty one Pounds,
ten shillings and nine Pence specie agreeable to the Act aforesaid
per Account passed the 14th August last. —
That the said Treasurer pay to James O'Hara a blind soldier five
Pounds specie allowed him by this Board for the purpose of purchas-
ing himself Cloaths. —
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Thomas Johnson junr
three Barrels flour to be accounted for. —
