Hutchings sixty one Pounds, eight shillings and one Penny specie
agreeable to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State " per
Acel & Certa passed. —

That the said Treasurer pay to Hugh McBryde Esqr fifteen
shillings of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills
of Credit &ca for the use of William Duglass per Account passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Jub Fowler sixty two Pounds ten
shillings — Jere Tonly Chase Esqr eighty seven Pounds, ten shillings —
James Maccubbin thirty three Pounds, six shillings & eight Pence,
Benja Stoddert Esquire one hundred & seventy five Pounds — & Zepha
Turner thirty seven Pounds, ten shillings of the same Emission in part
of their Salaries on Account.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt Jonathan
Sellman thirty Pounds of the Bills emitted under the Act for the
Emission of Bills of Credit &ca in lieu of a Suit of Cloaths and four
Shirts for the present year on Account. —
That the said Treasurer pay to John Shaw one hundred and one
Pounds, two shillings & two pence, and James Tootell seventy three
Pounds, eleven shillings & eight pence of the same Emission due on
Certificates issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from
this State. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Richardson forty five
Pounds, eighteen shillings of the same Emission due on Account
adjusted & passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Henry King Twenty five Pounds,
nine shillings of the same Emission, two Pounds, fourteen shillings
thereof to be delivered over to Ignatius Moore & the residue twenty
two Pounds, fifteen shillings to William Jenkins Hager due them per
Accounts passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Robert H. Harrison Esqr one
hundred and twenty five Pounds of the same Emission for one
Quarter Salary on Account. —

That the said Treasurer pay to William Wilkins Esqr twenty five
Pounds, ten shillings of the same Emission due him in lieu of an
Order on the Commissary of Issues 19th Septr 1781 in favor of
Capt Adamson Tannehill settled & adjusted. —
That the said Treasurer pay to His Excellency Governor Lee three
hundred & thirty three & one third Dollars of the same Emission in
part of his Salary on Account.

That the said Treasurer pay to Henry King Commissy of the
Maryland Troops twenty seven Pounds, thirteen shillings and six
pence of the same Emission deficiency of Clothing for the Year 1781
on Account.
