forfeited by the said Charles Orrick, because he was prevented by
Sickness from complying with the Order of Baltimore County Court
to give new Security for his appearance at the General Court and
from attending the said County Court, whereby the said Charles
Orrick was deprived of the benefit of the Writs of Removal and the
said Recognizances became forfeited.

Thursday 11th July 1782

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Connolly
fourteen Pounds fifteen shillings, John Liningil eleven Pounds,
eighteen shillings and four Pence and Elizabeth Issabell four Pounds,
five shillings of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of
Bills of Credit &ca due them per Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Harwood forty six
Pounds, one shilling and eight Pence of the same Emission due him
for a Specie Certificate.
That the said Treasurer pay to Christian Orendorff thirty Pounds
agreeable to a Resolution of this Board of the 22d July 1781 — Sixty
Pounds in lieu of two suits of Cloaths and eight shirts for the last
and present years and twenty five Pounds, fourteen shillings of the
same Emission for Stores to the first instant on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Thompson nineteen
Pounds five shillings & two pence of the same Emission due on a
Certificate issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from
this State.
Permission granted to Peter Ubric of Frederick County t6 solicit
leave from His Excellency General Washington or the Commanding
Officer at the Out Posts of the American Army for Licence to go
into the City of New York for the Purpose of obtaining a Passage
from thence to Germany to settle among his Friends.
