That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Ashmead thirty one Pounds
nineteen shillings & two Pence of the same Emission due on Account
passed.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Robert Couden
nine Pounds, one shilling of the Bills emitted under the Act for the
Emission of Bills of Credit &ca per Certificates adjusted and passed
and also the further Sum of one hundred and fifty Pounds of the
same Bills in part of his Salary on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Aquila Paca Esqr two hundred
and one Pounds, eleven shillings and three pence Specie to be
delivered over to Colo Richard Dallam due him on the order of
Ignatius Wheeler, settled and passed.
Commission of Letters of Marque and Reprisal issued to John
Jones Commander of the Schooner Parigon, navigated by twenty
men, mounting six Carriage Guns and four Swivels, belonging to
Stewart and Salmon of Baltimore.

Powder, it will be necessary to have it delivered by 10 O'Clock
Tomorrow.

This Board being requested by an Act of the last Session, to
make Sundry Purchases to a considerable Amount, for which
Purpose they are to apply some of the Specifics, as far as other Ser-
vices will admit, and may direct the Sale of confiscated Property,
not heretofore appropriated. We request you will inform us what
Specifics can be spared and at what Places; and if you can inform us
of any unappropriated confiscated Property, in Addition to what is
contained in the enclosed List, we shall be much obliged to you for
such Information. We are told that there are 200 Barrels of Pork
at Baltimore for Sale; We should be glad if the Money arising there-
