That the said Treasurer pay to Doctr William Baker nine hundred
and forty seven Pounds & eleven Pence of the same Emission due on
Certificates issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from

this State.

That the said Treasurer pay to John Ball Twenty five Pounds,
four shillings of the same Emission to be delivered over to the
following Persons, nineteen Pounds, twelve shillings to Capt John
Gale two Pounds, sixteen shillings to Lieut Thomas Price and two
Pounds sixteen shillings to Lieut William Adams due them in lieu
of Orders on the Issuing Commissary, for Stores on Account &
which were not furnished.
That the said Treasurer pay to Robert Morgan eleven Pounds
nine shillings and four pence of the same Emission due him for
a Specie Certa.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lewis Neth nineteen Pounds, ten
shillings of the same Emission in part of his Salary on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Edward Digges junr eighty eight
Pounds and eight Pence and John Crisall twenty five Pounds, nine
shillings and two Pence specie agreeable to the Act to adjust the
Debts due from this State per Certificates adjusted and Passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Crisall fourteen Pounds one
shilling and three pence specie due him for Money lent the State
June 1780 per Certificate passed.

[Circular. Council To the Several Surveyors]

You are hereby instructed not to run the Lines of any common
Warrant, special Warrant, or Warrant of Resurvey already issued,
or which hereafter may issue out of the Land Office, for common
Vacancy, into the Manors or Lands heretofore reserved for the use
of the late Lord Proprietary, lying adjacent to such Manors, or which
may have been otherwise reserved for the use of the said Proprietary,
or which may have been heretofore set apart for the use of the
Nanticoke Indians.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Crisall four
hundred and ninety Pounds, fourteen shillings and eight pence of the
Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca
Balance of Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Jesse Hebb eighty three Pounds
ten shillings of the same Emission to be delivered over as follows :
ten Pounds to George Guy, twelve Pounds, eight shillings to Richard
MrKay, four Pounds ten shillings to John McLaland, five Pounds
four shillings to Joshua Redman five Pounds to Thomas Hebb,
