repeat that Order, and shall have the Vessels immediately procured
and sent to you. The Beef, when salted, is to be transported to this
Post, unless Colo Blaine has ordered it to the Head of Elk. For Fear
we should not be able to send you the Vessels in Time, you are hereby
authorized and empowered to impress such Vessels as are necessary
for the Transportation of the Beef.

Saturday 24th November 1781.
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Bayley
Esqr two pounds, six shillings and eight pence of the Bills emitted
under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca of the money
appropriated for the present Campaign one pound, eleven shillings
and eight pence part thereof to be delivered over to John Egerton
and fifteen shillings to John Dunbar due them per Account passed by
the Aud. Genl. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Robert Denny forty five
pounds of the same Emission of the money aforesaid to be expended
in the recruiting service on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to. Major John Rudulph thirty pounds
Specie, fifteen pounds part thereof to be delivered over to Capt
Michael Rudulph and the remaining fifteen pounds to Capt George
Handy of Colo Lee's Legion, part of the 4.000£ to be distributed to
the Officers going to the Southward on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to the Honorable Matthew Tilghman
Esqr Sixty four pounds, three shillings specie agreeable to the Act to
adjust the Debts due from this State per Acct passed by the Aud Gl
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capts Michael Rudulph
& Geo Handy of Colo Lees Legion each a Suit of Cloaths & Linen
for two shirts also a suit of Cloaths two shirts one pair Stockings
and one pair Shoes to each of William Green & Jacob Plane soldiers
in the same Corps on Account and to Capt. Betts of the late Colo
Scammel's Regimt of New England Troops ten pair of Shoes for
the use of the said Regimt

Frederick, Matthew Brookes a Draught from Charles, and Jeremiah
Wood a Draught from Calvert County being deemed unfit for the
service are hereby Discharged. —
