and four Pence and Joseph Shanks thirty eight Pounds, fifteen
shillings and seven Pence Specie agreeable to the Act to adjust the
Debts due from this State per Certificates adjusted and Passed the
10th Instant.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Samuel Poole fifty seven
Pounds, seven shillings and eight pence specie agreeable to the Act
to adjust the Debts &ca per Certificates adjusted.

That the said Treasurer pay to Edmund Plowden Esquire five
thousand, eight hundred and eighty two pounds of Tobacco in St
Marys County Warehouses for so much lent in 1780 per Certificates
adjusted.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Samuel Poole fifty seven
Pounds, seven shillings and eight pence of the Bills emitted under the
Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca due him on a Certificate
issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State.
That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Ford ninety eight Pounds,
fifteen shillings and seven Pence — Elizabeth Issabell four Pounds
fourteen shillings — Nicholas Fitzgerrald Ten Pounds, seventeen
shillings and nine pence — James Kent Twenty pounds, five shillings,
and William Chard sixteen Pounds, thirteen shillings and four Pence
of the same Emission per Accounts passed.

That the said Treasurer pay to James Ringgold thirteen Pounds
fifteen shillings & eleven Pence of the same Emission due on a Certifi-
cate settled & adjusted.
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Levin Winder fifty Pounds,
five shillings and six pence of the same Emission for Stores to the
first Instant on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to William Piercy ten Pounds specie
due him per Account passed.

Ordered that the Commissary of Provisions pay to Joseph Ford
seven hundred and fifty nine bushels of Wheat to be delivered in St
Marys County in lieu of two hundred and eighty four Pounds,
thirteen shillings and six pence due him per Account passed.
Commission issued to Ebenezer Handy appointed Colo of the
Wicomico Battalion of Militia in Worcester County in the room of
William Hopewell.
