That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Jacob Norris thirty Pounds
of the same Emission in lieu of a Suit of Cloaths and four Shirts
for the present Year on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Twiford seventy seven
Pounds, eighteen shillings and five Pence of the same Emission due
on a Certificate issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due
from this State.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Robert Denny thirteen
Pounds, ten shillings specie to be delivered over to Lieut Jacob
Norris part of the thirty Pounds directed to be advanced by the
"Act relating to Public Creditors " and to be accounted for.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Beatty Esqr five pounds
seven shillings and Cornelius Garretson sixty seven Pounds, six
shillings & two pence Specie agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts
due from this State per Account passed.

We have the Honor to enclose the Copy of a Letter from Com-
modore Gillon of the Navy of South Carolina, to the Governor of
that State, which was sent to us by the Commodore, with a Re-
quest that we would transmit the Information contained therein, to
Congress.

Thursday 30th May 1782

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Sniffer
ten Pounds, six shillings & eight pence — James Wright fourteen
Pounds six shillings & eight Pence — William [Covey] twelve Pounds.
George Miller ten bounds, six shillings and eight Pence — William
Deaver eleven Pounds, seventeen shillings and nine Pence — William
McBryde three hundred and forty one Pounds twelve shillings of the
Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca
due them per Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Berry seventeen Pounds,
four shillings Specie for riding Expresses per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to William McBryde forty one Pounds
ten shillings & ten Pence Specie due him per Account passed.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Charles Moore
twenty one Pounds, nine shillings and two Pence specie agreeable
to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State per Account
passed.
