Pound two shillings and six pence & Jacob Pronso sixteen Pounds,
one shilling and eight Pence of the same Emission due them per
Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Christopher Richmond thirty
seven Pounds, fifteen shillings on Account of Stores and also thirty
Pounds of the same Emission in lieu of a Suit of Cloaths and four
Shirts for the Present year on Account.
That the Commissary of Provisions deliver to His Excellency
Governor Lee one thousand Bushels of Wheat for 1 Quarters Salary
due the 1st Instant.
That Mr John Shaw Armourer deliver to the Honorable Robert
Goldsborough Esqr on his order one Barrel Gun Powder for the
use of Dorchester County.
That the said Armourer deliver to the order of the Honble
William Paca, Robert Goldsborough and Matthew Tilghman or any
one of them, two hundred and fifty Stand of Arms with Accoutre-
ments complete and such other Articles as any two of them may
direct for fitting out the Barges.
This Board is of Opinion that the following Pay be allowed to
the Officers of the Barges. Captain, fifteen Pounds per month first
and second Lieutenants, Ten Pounds p month, and one ration of
Salt, and fresh Provision not exceeding one ration each per Day,
but to receive no Pay for back rations.

We request you to transmit by the earliest Opportunity, an Ac-
count of the Quantity of Lead belonging to the State in Frederick
County.

We are of Opinion that the following Pay be allowed to the
Officers of the Barges. Captain £15. 1st & 2d Lieutenant 10 £ each
per month, to be allowed one Ration salt and Fresh Provisions, not
exceeding one Ration each pr Day, but to receive no Pay for back
Rations. We have not taken any Notice of the Captain or other
Officers of the Galley, presuming it will be Time enough to fix
their Pay, when it is found that a Galley can be provided.
