That the said Treasurer pay to Henry Frazier thirteen Pounds
fifteen shillings — Charles Dawkins eight Pounds, ten shillings — John
Thomas Esq^r six Pounds, nine shillings and two pence — Benjamin
Grinage and Solomon Haycock nine Pounds, one shilling and eight
Pence, each, Perry Allender nine Pounds, eight shillings and four
Pence, Joseph Jenkins seventeen Pounds, one shilling and eight
Pence — Joseph O'Bryan, thirteen Pounds, twelve shillings and six
Pence — Jonathan Parker thirty shillings for the use of Thomas
Baily — & Simon Nicholls forty five Pounds, twelve shillings of the
Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &^ca
per Accounts passed.

That the said Treasurer pay to James Brice Esq^r one hundred
and four Pounds, eighteen shillings of the same Emission due him
on a Certificate settled and adjusted.
That the said Treasurer pay to Simon Nicholls Esq^r fifty eight
Pounds, nineteen shillings and nine Pence of the same Emission to be
delivered over as follows, twenty eight Pounds, sixteen shillings and
five Pence to Capt William Luckett — two Pounds, thirteen shillings
and four pence to Daniel M^cDavit, two pounds, five shillings to
Abraham Holand, three Pounds to Edward Wheeler, four Pounds
to James Orme — One Pound to Elias Burgess ten Pounds, five
shillings -to Philip Orme, three Pounds, ten shillings to James Nixon
& three Pounds, ten shillings to Jonathan Nixon jun^r p Accounts
passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Adam Ott for the use of
Lieut David Morgan eighteen pounds, one shilling & four Pence
of the same Emission due him inlieu of an Order of the 19^th Septem^r
1780 on the Treasurer for 1149.. 15..0 adjusted and Passed.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Paca
Esq^r one thousand and eighty four Pounds, seventeen shillings and
ten pence Specie agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from
this State.
That the said Treasurer pay to Richard Wilson Esq^r one hundred
and fifty Pounds of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission
of Bills of Credit &^ca in part of his Salary on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Robert Denny sixty Pounds
of the same Emission to be applied in Paying the non Commissioned
Officers & Soldiers three Dollars, each, & to be accounted for.
That the said Treasurer pay to Major Aquila Giles seventy eight
Pounds, four shillings and eleven pence farthing of the same Emission
due on a Certificate issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts
due from this State, thirty Pounds in lieu of a Suit of Cloaths and
four shirts for the present year & twenty three Pounds, thirteen
shillings of the same Emission for Stores to the I Instant on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to William Thomas Eight Pounds
ten shillings Specie due him per Account passed.
