That the said Treasurer pay to John Swift four pounds eighteen
shillings of the same Emission for the use of Abel Longden due him
per Account passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Edward Spurrier thirty
Pounds of the same Emission to be accounted for. —
That the said Treasurer pay to John Hammond thirty seven
pounds, seventeen shillings and three pence — John Matthews, ten
pounds five shillings and six pence & George McDaniel five pounds,
twelve shillings and six pence of the same Emission due them per
Accounts passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Philip Read of the same
Emission, thirty two pounds, four shillings for Deficiency of Stores
to the 1st Inst. — thirteen pounds, seven shillings and six pence defi-
ciency of Clothing in the Year 1781. — and also thirty pounds in lieu
of a Suit of Cloaths and four Shirts for the present year on Account.

Thursday 11th April 1782

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Zephaniah Turner
the following Sums of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emis-
sion of Bills of Credit &ca Sixty five pounds, two shillings to Capt
Francis Millard — seven pounds, fifteen shillings to William Cooms —
ten pounds, ten shillings to Walter Warren Hanson — twenty one
pounds, one shilling & seven pence to Thos Semmes nineteen pounds,
two shillings and six pence to Capt William Barton Smoot — ten
pounds ten shillings to Colo Samuel Hanson — seventeen pounds, ten
shillings & eight pence to Colo Francis Ware p Certificates & Ac-
counts passed —— two hundred &. twenty pounds, nine shillings &. eleven
pence to Rachl Furry & six pounds, thirteen shillings & four pence to
Walter Hanson junr due them on Certs issued agreeable to the "Act
to adjust the Debts &ca "

ten pounds, five shillings and George O'Kell ten pounds, eight shil-
lings and four pence of the Bills emitted under the Act for the emis-
sion of Bills of Credit &ca due them per Accounts passed. —

Commission of Letters of Marque and Reprisal issued to Robert
Ceilings Commander of the Brigantine Letitia, one hundred and
thirty four Tons burthen navigated by thirty men, mounting twelve
Carriage Guns belonging to Charles Young and Burtles Shee of
Philadelphia. —
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Daniel Norris
eighty one pounds, fifteen shillings of the Bills emitted under the
