Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt Sears as
many Blankets as may be necessary for the men ordered on Fatiegue
which are to be returned after the Service is over also as much Cloth
and Trimmings as will make the said Sears a Great Coat and Scarlet
Cloth for facings for a Coat, he paying the price it cost the State and
also to Robert Shayless of the 2d Regiment one pair Woollen Overalls
and one pair shoes on Account.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. Beriah Mayberry
one thousand six hundred and fifty pounds of flour in lieu of sixteen
pounds ten shillings of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emis-
sion of Bills of Credit &ca paid to the Treasurer received by him from
Hezekiah Garner and Francis Neale Jurymen for Board, agreeable
to a Resolution of the Governor and Council of the 10th October last,
and also to Jane Hancock wife of William Hancock a soldier
in the 3d Maryland Regiment, eight Days rations.
John Queener a Draught from Frederick County to serve 'till the
tenth of December next, being Deemed unfit for the Service is hereby
Discharged therefrom.
