Tuesday 23 October 1781.
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Roberts one
hundred and six pounds, seventeen shillings and three pence of the
Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca
of the money appropriated for the present Campaign due him per
Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Valentine Green six pounds of the
same Emission of the money aforesaid per Acct passed by the Aud.

That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. George Hamilton thirty eight
pounds of the same Emission of the money aforesaid for Clothing on
Account
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Samuel Trudell a Soldr
in the Maryld Line one shirt, one waistcoat, one pr Breeches, one pr
Stockgs & one pr Shoes in part of the Clothg due him

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Cart-
wright six pounds five shillings and six pence specie agreeable to the
Act to adjust the Debts due form this State per Certa passed by the
Aud. Gl the 22d Inst.
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Edward Cockey two hundred
and twenty three pounds ten shillings and two pence of the Bills
emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca of the
money appropd for the Defence of the State, fourteen pounds, eight
shillings and five pence to be by himself retained, the residue to be
delivered by him in the following manner Viz. to William Harvey,
himself and Company thirty three pounds five Shillings and six pence.
William Lane for himself and Company fifteen pounds, twelve shil-
lings and six pence. Daniel Shaw himself and Company thirty
pounds, eighteen shillings. Benjamin Talbot himself and Company
forty pounds, seventeen shillings and ten pence. Joshua Stevenson
Eight pounds, nine shillings and two pence. Abel Hedington two
pounds nineteen Shillings and six pence. Stephen Gill himself &
Company twenty pounds, nine shillings and Seven pence. Nicholas
Kelly for himself and Company twenty six pounds three shillings and
eight pence and to Joshua Marsh for himself and Company, thirty
pounds six shillings due them per pay rolls examd and passed by
the Aud. Gl
