We have yours of yesterday and request you will forward the
Cattle to George Town without Loss of Time. By the Post, we send
you £250 of the late Emission to accellerate your Business

Saturday 29th September 1781

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Frederick Green
four pounds ten shillings of the Bills emitted under the Act for the
Emission of Bills of Credit &ca of the money appropriated for the
present Campaign due him for Postage of Letters to the 5th July last.
That the said Treasurer pay to William Biggs one hundred and
forty six pounds seventeen shillings and eight pence farthing of the
same Emission of the money aforesaid for the use of Clark and Biggs
due them per Accounts passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut William Adams of the 2d
Regiment one pound ten shillings of the same Emission of the money
aforesaid for Stores on Account.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Adam Bayor, all the
raw Hides belonging to the public agreeable to the Agreement entered
into by Philip Thomas Esqr in behalf of this State. Thomas Rogers
provisions for four men 3 Days in Waggoning Stores to George
Town. Lieut William Adams four gallons of Rum and sixteen
pounds of sugar to the 1st of Octr and also to Maria Terrese wife of
Lewis Terresi of Genl Rochambea's Army two Days rations.
That the Quarter Master deliver to Thomas Rogers three Days
Forage for sixteen Horses to George Town.
Daniel Brown a Substitute from Cecil County appearing to be an
indented Servant to Thomas L. Burling of Baltimore County from
an Indenture produced to the Board dated 29th April 1779 by which
for a valuable Consideration the said Daniel Brown engages to the
said T. J. Burling for the term of three years, is therefore discharged
and ordered to return into the service of the said Burling.
Permission is hereby given to Miss Mary V. Courtlandt to accom-
pany Mrs Hughes, who obtained a Conditional permission from this
Board, to go into the City of New York and to return.

delivered immediately to this Place and have them delivered to John
Bullen Esqr You will give particular Directions to have the Horses
well taken Care of on the Road.
