the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit
&ca of the money appropriated for the present Campaign on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Smith six pounds, six shillings
and eight pence of the same Emission of the money aforesaid per
Acct passed by the Deputy Auditor.
That the said Treasurer pay to James Tootell, sixteen pounds
twelve shillings of the same Emission of the money aforesaid due
him as Auctioneer for selling 12 Lots British property in Annapolis
p Acct passed by D. Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Henry Gassaway Ten pounds,
ten shillings. Capt. Alexander Trueman fifteen shillings and to Capt.
Robert Chesely four pounds, ten shillings of the same Emission of
the money aforesaid for Stores on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Brewer six thousand, seven
hundred and fifty pounds of the same Emission, of the money afore-
said to be delivered over as follows one thousand seven hundred
pounds to the Commissary of Somerset County one thousand seven
hundred pounds to Peter Chaille Esqr Commissary of Worcester
County eleven hundred pounds to James Sullivane Commissary of
Dorchester County, nine hundred and fifty pounds to Joseph Bruff
Esqr Commissary of Talbot County, three hundred & fifty pounds
to Philip Casson Esqr Commissary of Caroline County & nine hun-
dred and fifty pounds to Charles Blake Commissary of Queen Ann's
County for the use of their Departments on Account.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Stone
Esqr one hundred and seven pounds, six shillings and one penny
specie and to James Disney one hundred and eighty eight pounds,
fifteen shillings and ten pence Specie agreeable to the Act to adjust
the Debts due from this State per Certif's settled by the Auditor
General.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Stone Esqr thirty three
thousand, five hundred and eighty seven pounds of Tobacco in hhds
weighing not less than nine hundred and fifty pounds net each,
inspected in Charles County since the 15th day of September 1780 for
so much lent by him to the State as per Accounts settled by the Aud.
Genl this Day.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. Alexander Trueman
two Gallons of Rum and eight pounds of sugar for the mo of Augt
and also to Lieut. Henry Gassaway twenty six gallons of Rum and
one hundred and four pounds of sugar to the 14 Augth on Account
