That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Philip Read, fifteen pounds
seven shillings of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission
of Bills of Credit not exceeding 200,000£s &ca of the money appro-
priated for the present Campaign for Clothing on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Perry Benson three pounds seven
shillings and eleven pence of the same Emission of the money afore-
said due him per Account passed by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Groves, five pounds of
the same Emission, of the money aforesaid due him per Acct passed
by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to George Adams, one thousand, three
hundred pounds of the same Emission of the money aforesaid to be
delivered over as follows, five hundred pounds to John Smith
Brookes Commissary of Prince Georges County and eight hundred
pounds to Thomas Richardson Commissary of Montgomery County
for the use of their Departments on Account.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to James Brice
Esqr eighty three pounds of the Bills emitted under the Act for the
Emission of Bills of Credit not exceeding 200,000£s &ca of the money
appropriated for the Defence of the State on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John H. Stone Esqr fifty five
pounds of the same Emission of the money aforesaid on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to His Excellency Thomas Sim Lee
Esqr Two hundred and twenty five pounds of the same Emission of
the money aforesaid on Acct
That the said Treasurer pay to George Adams one hundred and
fifty Pounds of the same Emission of the money appropriated as
aforesaid to be delivered over to John Rogers Esquire Chancellor on
Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Majr Alexander Roxburgh ninety
seven pounds, ten shillings of the same Emission of the money
appropd for the present Campaign to be delivered over as follows,
Twenty two pounds ten shillings to Capt. David Lynn, Twenty two
pounds, ten shillings to Capt. John Mitchell, Thirty pounds to Lieut
Lavascher, and twenty two pounds ten shillings to be by himself
retained on Account.
Permission granted to Colo John H. Stone to lade a Vessel with
flesh Provisions &ca for the French fleet in Chesepeake Bay.

You will issue Rations to the Persons whose Vessels may be im-
pressed as also for the Hands employed in navigating them on their
producing a Certificate from Colo James Tootell, of his having im-
press them, keeping an Account against each Vessel of the Number
of Rations supplied.
