That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Robert Denny Thirty pounds .
five shillings and eight pence of the same Emission of the money
appropriated as aforesaid to be by him distributed to the non Com-
missioned Officers and soldiers of the 3d Regiment for deficient
rations due them.

That the said Treasurer pay to George Adams, nine pounds four
shillings of the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid
due him per Account passed by the Depy Audr

That the said Treasurer pay to William Thomas Thirty six pounds,
fourteen shillings and six pence of the same Emission of the money
appropriated as aforesaid due him per Account passed by the Depy
And.

That the said Treasurer pay to Alexander Contee Hanson Esqr
Two hundred and fifty pounds of the same Emission of the money
appropriated for the Defence of the State on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to James Peale to be delivered over to
Colo Nathaniel Ramsey Twenty five pounds of the same Emission of
the money appropriated as aforesaid on Account
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. Francis Revelley
eighteen Gallons of Rum and seventy two pounds of sugar and Capt.
James W. Gray forty Gallons of Rum and one hundred & sixty
pounds of sugar to the 1st Inst. on Account.

Ordered that the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. John Gale .
Twenty eight Gallons of Rum and one hundred and twelve pounds
of sugar. Capt Edward Spurrier six Gallons of Rum and twenty four
pounds of sugar. Colo John Steward Thirty eight Gallons of Rum
and one hundred and fifty two pounds of Sugar, and also to Lieut
John Boone two Gallons of Rum and sixteen pounds of Sugar to the
first Instant on Account.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt. James W. Gray
a suit of Cloaths and linen for four shirts for 1780 on Account.
Joseph Davis late a soldier in the 2d Regiment, one Coat, two shirts,
one hat and one pair of Shoes. James Collins late a soldier in the
same Regiment one hat, and also to Samuel Tindell and Andrew
Stewart suffering Soldiers, lately Prisoners in Charles Town each,
one Coat, one Waistcoat, one pair Overalls, two shirts and one pair
Shoes.

We have received yours of the 6th Instant by Mr Mills and have
ordered Payment for the Account of Expences incurred in driving
and collecting Cattle we have also delivered him £50 of the new
Emission, to defray the Expences of your Department arisen due
since the 19th of June last.
