Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt David Lynn
fifteen shillings of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission
of Bills of Credit not exceeding two hundred thousand pounds &ca
of the money appropriated for the present Campaign for stores on
Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Singleton five pounds five
shillings of the same Emission of the money appropriated as afore
said due him per Account passed by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to the Reverend Mr Armstrong
Chaplain to the 2d Maryld Brigade Thirty pounds of the same Emis-
sion of the Money appropriated as aforesaid on Account.

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Jonathan Parker
four pounds two shillings and two pence of the Bills emitted under
the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit not exceeding two hun-
dred thousand pounds &ca of the money appropriated for the payment
of Expresses &ca per Account passed by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Sears Twenty Six pounds
fourteen shillings and six pence of the same Emission of the money
appropriated for the Defence of the State due him per Account passed
by the Depy Aud.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. David Lynn two
Gallons of Rum and eight pounds of sugar to the 1st Instant and also
to Jane Hancock a Soldiers wife of the 3d Regiment four Days
rations.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Leonard Bean late a
Soldier in the 3d Regimt one suit of Cloaths, Benjamin Duvall a
soldier of the same Regimt one Coat, two shirts, one hat, one pair
Shoes, one pair Overalls. John Bullen Linen for two Beds and two
pair Sheets for the Hospital the Reverend Mr Armstrong one suit
of Cloaths and linen for four shirts for the present year and also
to Docf Armstrongs waiter a soldier of the Delaware Regiment, one
hat, one Coat, one waistcoat one shirt, one pair Overalls, and one
pair of Shoes to be charged to the Continent.
That John Bullen Esqr Quarter Master deliver to General Small-
woods Guard sixteen Waggon horses.
Commissions issued to Matthias Traverse appointed Captain of
the Barge Defence belonging to the Inhabitants of Dorchester County.

You are authorised to purchase or seize immediately twenty Head
of Beef Cattle, and if possible to deliver some Part of them this
Evening; if seized, you will give Certificates to the Owners for them,
if purchased you are not to exceed four Pence p Pound and the
money shall be paid.
