That the said Treasurer pay to Jonathan Parker Three pounds of
the same Emission of the money appropriated for the payment of
Expresses &ca on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Brice Esqr Thirty two pounds
fourteen shillings and four pence and also eight hundred and thirty
five pounds two shillings and four pence farthing Specie Agreeable
to the " Act to adjust the Debts due from this State," per Account
and Certificates passed by the Aud. Gl & D. Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. John Twiford seventy four
pounds, four shillings and six pence specie agreeable to the Act
passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Robertson Stevens Fifty one
pounds, thirteen shillings and nine pence specie agreeable to the Act
aforesaid per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Callahan sixty nine pounds
and six pence farthing Specie agreeable to the Act aforesaid per
Certificates settled by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Callahan Three hundred
and ninety nine pounds, one shilling and two pence farthing Specie
agreeable to the Act aforesaid per Certificates passed by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Donnellan fifteen pounds
nineteen shillings and four pence, William Spear one hundred and
ninety nine pounds, two shillings. Jonathan Hanson nine pounds, six
shillings and eight pence and also to Hollingsworth & Loney six
pounds, six shillings Specie agreeable to the Act aforesaid per Ac-
counts passed by the Aud. Genl
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut. Isaac Hanson one
suit of Cloaths and four shirts due him for the present year and also
to Jacob Collins a Disabled Soldier in the 2d Regimt one Coat, one
Jacket, one pair of Breeches, one hat, two shirts, one pair Stockings
& one pair Shoes.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. Alexander Trueman
four Gallons of Rum and sixteen pounds of sugar. Lieut Isaac
Hanson thirty Gallons of Rum and one hundred and twenty pounds
of sugar and also to Lt Roger Nelson fourteen Gallons of Rum and
fifty six pounds of sugar due to the 31st Instant.
Commissions issued to George Pecker appointed Capt in the room
of Charles Boone, Stephen Boone, 1st Lieut. George Sank 2d Lieut
and Robert Moss Ensign in the Severn Battalion of Militia in Ann
Arundel County.
