Friday 27th July 1781

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt. John
Mitchell Twelve pounds of the Bills emitted under the Act for the
Emission of Bills of Credit not exceeding two hundred thousand
pounds &ca of the money appropriated for the Officers going to the
Southward in lieu of the like Sum specie part of the money directed
to be advanced by the Assembly

That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Richard Anderson of the
4th Regimt and Lieut William Adams of the 2d Regt each Thirty
pounds of the same Emission of the money appropriated for the
present Campaign agreeable to a Resolution of this Board of the
22d Instant on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Major Alexander Roxburgh eight
pounds of the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid
per Account passed by the Audr Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Major Benjamin Brookes Thirty
two pounds eighteen shillings and nine pence of the same Emission
of the money appropriated as aforesaid due him per Account passed
by the Aud Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. David Lynn one pound ten
shillings of the same Emission of the money appropriated as afore-
said due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Chalmers recruiting officer
forty five pounds of the same Emission of the money appropriated
as aforesaid to be delivered over to John Cole a Recruit for the war
and John Steward a Recruit for three years the Bounty allowed them
by the Genl Assembly.
That the said Treasurer pay to Charles Lansdale forty pounds of
the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid to be
delivered over to John Smith Brookes Commissary of Prince Georges
County on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Clement Skerrit of the Mary-
land Artillery Thirty pounds of the same Emission of the money
appropriated as aforesaid on Account and also five pounds five shil-
lings of the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid
due him in lieu of Stores per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Robinson two pounds &
eight pence specie agreeable to the Act to Adjust the Debt due from
this State per Acct passed by the Aud. Genl the 26th Ins'.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Doyle
Twenty six pounds four shillings and two pence Specie agreeable to
the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State per Acct passed by the
Aud. Genl the 15 June last.
