That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. James Somervill, seven
pounds nine shillings and seven pence of the same Emission of the
money appropriated for the present Campaign due him per Acct passed
by the A. Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Elijah Evans of Rawlings's
late Regiment, seven pounds eighteen shillings and one penny half
penny of the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid
due him for Stores per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Welch Twelve pounds two
shillings of the same Emission of the money appropriated for the
payment of Expresses &ca due him per Account passed by the Aud.
Genl and also the further sum of Two pounds, fifteen shillings and
two pence of the same Emission of the money appropriated as afore-
said due him in lieu of an Order of the 24th of May last settled by
the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to William Logan three pounds eleven
shillings and three pence Specie agreeably to the Act to " Adjust the
Debts due from this State " due him per Account passed by the
Aud. Genl

That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas White Twenty five pounds
eleven shillings and six pence Specie Agreeable to the Act aforesaid
per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Lieut Elijah Evans thirty
one Gallons of Rum and one hundred and twenty four pounds of
Sugar due him to the 15th of April 1781.

We are empowered by the General Assembly to purchase the
Baltimore Galley, if on the Inspection of a proper and skilful Judge
she should be found to be sound and fit for the Service of the State,
and being acquainted with no Gentlemen whose Judgment can be
more depended on; we appoint and request you to examine strictly
every Part of her immediately and report your opinion of her State,
Condition and Fitness for the Service of the State and her actual
Value in Specie.
