That the said Treasurer pay to William Yieldell six pounds, six-
teen shillings and six pence of the same Emission of the money appro-
priated for the present Campaign and seven pounds, tive shillings and
four pence of the same Emission of the money appropriated for the
payment of Expresses &ca per Accots passed by the Aud. Genl

That the said Treasurer pay to Major John Davidson sixteen
pounds fourteen shillings and Seven pence half penny of the same
Emission of the money appropriated for the present Campaign
p Acct passed by the Aud. Genl

That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut John T. Lowe, Lieut John
Sears of the 5th Regimt & Capt. James Somervill of said Regimt each,
Twenty pounds of the same Emission of the money approt to the
Offrs going to the Southwd

That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut. John T. Lowe four pounds,
four shillings and six pence of the same Emission of the money
approd for the present Campaign in lieu of Cloathing p Acct passed
by the Aud. Genl

That the said Treasurer pay to Solomon Sparrow Twenty five
pounds of the same Emission of the money appropd as aforesaid per
Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Edward Gaither junr purchasing
Commissary for Ann Arundel County Fifteen pounds of the same
Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid on Account.

That the said Treasurer pay to Isaac Simmons eleven pounds ten
Shillings and seven pence of the same Emission of the money appro-
priated for the Defence of the State per Account passed by the
Aud. Genl

That the said Treasurer pay to Alien Quynn Ten pounds of the
same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid per Account
passed by the Aud. Genl
That the Collector of the Tax for Calvert County pay to Thomas
[ones Twenty four thousand three hundred and thirty four pounds
of Tobacco nett balance of Account due him per Account passed by
the Aud. Genl

Ordered that the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Morgan six
pounds, seven Shillings and six pence Specie agreeable to the " Act to
adjust the Debts due from this State " per Account passed by the
Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. John Barton Abell Twenty
eight pounds twelve shillings and a half penny Specie for the use
of himself and his Compy of Militia, agreeably to the Act aforesaid
per Account passed by the D. Aud.
