Thirty pounds agreeable to a Resolution of the last Session of the
Genl Assembly on Acct
That the said Treasurer pay to John Dorsey Esqr one thousand
five hundred pounds on Account.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Lieut Nicholas Mangers
Twenty eight and a half Gallons of Rum and ninety two pounds of
Sugar to 1st Inst.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Thomas Marshall of
this State in the Hospital Department a Suit of Cloaths and Linen
for four shirts for the year 1780.
That the Collector of the Tax for St Mary's County pay to Capt

Ford two hundred pounds on Account.
That the Armourer deliver to John Mills two Doz. Gunlocks to be
delivered to Colo Richard Barnes Lieut of St Marys County.
Commission issued to Richard Chew appointed Major of the West
River Battalion of Militia in Ann Arundel County.
Doctr Thomas Wright appeared before this Board and the Charge
against him being read and the Witness against him examined and
the said Thomas Wright heard in his Defence this Board were of
Opinion that his going at large might be Dangerous to the State anc
thereupon. Ordered that the said Thomas Wright give Bond with one
good Security in the penalty of five hundred pounds Gold not to de-
part Queen Anns County without Leave of this Board first obtained &
in the mean time to be of good Behaviour.
Whereas this Board have good reason to believe that Joshua
Dorsey of Baltimore Town and Edward Conard of Harford County

are Dangerous and disaffected Persons whose going at large may
be detrimental to the State. The Lieutenants of Harford and Balti-
more Counties were therefore ordered to arrest the said Edward
Conard and Joshua Dorsey without Delay and have them forthwith
before the Board that they may be dealt with according to Law.

We have yours of the Instant, you will have the Tallow am
Lard sold for the best Prices you can obtain in ready Money; this
with the Order enclosed you on the Collector of St. Mary's County
we think will be Sufficient to answer your present Necessities. The
Hides you will have tanned for the State.
