That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. Thos Lansdale four-
tteen Gallons of Rum & fifty six pounds of Sugar due him to this
Instant and also to Ens. John Sears, ten Gallons of Rum & forty
pounds of Sugar due him to the 1st Instant.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt. Thomas Lansdale
Cloth and Trimmings for a suit of Cloaths & Linen for two Shirts
in part of the Articles allowed by the General Assembly for the
present year
That Capt. George Keeports deliver to John D. Thompson Esqr
Lieut of Cecil County one Barrel Musket powder, five hundred flints
and one hundred Cartridge Boxes on Account.

We have sent the Commissions for the County and Orphans Court,
we have it not in our Power at present to send you the Arms for
the select Militia; but will furnish as many as may be immediately
wanted if you will send a Waggon for them. The Capts of the Com-
panies we have no Doubt will order the Place of Muster the most
convenient to the People who compose those Companies The Law is
express relative to the old Continental Convention and Act of As-
sembly Money, the new State or continental State Monies are only
in Circulation, consequently the old continental cannot be taken in
Payment for Taxes or any other public Due

Imp cased Vessels lying at Baltimore, and as the Purpose tor which
they were impressed is at an End, we desire that the Vessels may be
discharged immediately.

him or his Order what Salt then is in your Hands, belonging to the

deliver and transmit the Counter Parts to this Board.

Mr Masters having applied to us for Permission to return to New
Providence, we now conceive every Obstacle to his Departure re-
moved and have given him our Approbation accordingly, you will
take leave that Mr Masters leaves the Port of Baltimore on the Terms
heretofore granted by this Board.
