Thursday 22d March 1781

Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to Benjamin Smith
of the Extra Regimt one pair of Shoes and one Shirt.
That the Armourer deliver to Colo Elijah Robosson five pound
of powder and twenty pounds of Shott or lead for the use of the
Militia of Ann Arundel County and to be accounted for.
That Capt. Phileman Warfield deliver to Capt Deale two Chests
of Arms No 6 & 7 containing sixty stand of Arms one hhd No 2 con-
taining fifty nine Cartridges Boxes and Bayonet Belts, also six hun-
dred Muskett Cartridges and one hundred and twenty Flints to be
delivered over to Colo John Weems for the use of the Militia of Ann
Arundel County.

Mrs Ann Tilley having obtained Permission to go on Board of the
British Ships lying before this Harbour with a Flag for the Purpose
mentioned in the Enclosure to which we beg Leave to refer you.
We request you to give Directions that she may be safely conducted
and the usual Forms observed on such Occasions.

practicable to transport it by water from Baltimore Town, we request
you to impress immediately Sir, good strong waggons, and send
them to Mr Donnellan to be loaded with Bread and Flour and send
down to this Place. On your Application General Gist will furnish
a Guard

to have loaded immediately with Bread, if you have so much Bread
or Flour without interfering with our former Orders. The waggons
