[Council to Joseph Wilkinson, Lieutenant of Calvert County.]
We have sent you by Lieutenant Skinner two Quires of Cartridge
Paper and a Pair of bullet moulds, and should have sent the Cartridge
Boxes with more Cartridge Paper could we have done it with any
Conveniency. Our Teams and what we can impress will be employed
in removing the Records. We should be able to spare you about one
hundred Cartridge Boxes, for which you must send and at the same
Time inform us of the quantity of Cartridge Paper you may want.
It is not in our Power to supply you with any Bayonet Scabbards
or Belts.
