That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. Montjoy Bayley
Ten gallons of Rum, forty pounds of Sugar and Twenty five pounds
of Coffee due him to the 27th Instant Leave is hereby given to Mrs
Achsah Chamier widow of Daniel Chamier Esquire Deceased to
ship from New York in an unarmed Vessel and therein to Transport
to the Road off Annapolis in Maryland the household furniture
wearing Apparel and other Goods, mentioned in a List lodged with
this Board, she having Satisfied the Governor and Council as to the
property of the Same and having also given Bond in the Penalty of
Two hundred thousand Pounds not to dispose of the same in the
way of Trade or Merchandize.

Colonel Gaither Commissioner for Ann Arundel County under
the late Act for an immediate Supply &ca has a quantity of Bran
belonging to the Public which will answer very well at your Post
for Forage. We therefore request you will send the Continental
Waggons in your Possession for it.

Wednesday 13th December 1780

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Hannah May one
pound seventeen shillings and six pence of the new Emission in lieu
of Seventy five Pounds per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Ford one hundred and
sixty Dollars of the same Emission and five hundred Pounds Contl
on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to the Honble John Rogers Esquire
one thousand and forty one pounds, thirteen shillings and four pence
due him as Chancellor to the first of November last.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Bullen Esqr two thousand
one hundred Pounds on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to William Hyde Three thousand
four hundred Pounds to be delivered over to Thomas Hyde p acct
passed by the Audr Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Nathaniel Beall Magruder of
the Company of Infantry stationed at Fort Frederick five pounds,
fifteen shillings & six pence of the new Emission in lieu of two
hundred and thirty one pounds due himself also the further Sum of
five pounds fifteen shillings & Six pence in lieu of two hundred &
thirty one pounds to be delivered over to Capt John Reid and three
pounds six shillings of the same Emission in lieu of one hundred
& thirty two pounds for the use of Gabriel Jacobs of said Company
per Accounts passed by the Depy Aud.
