in Preferrence to any others which have been drawn on him. We
refer you to Colonel Wood for further Information

[Council to Colonel Price.]

A considerable Number of the Convention Troops will be in
Frederick Town, in a few Days, and an immediate Supply of Pro-
visions will be wanting for them and their Guard. It will therefore
be necessary to have as much Flour, Bran and shorts delivered to
Mr Murdock as Colonel Wood the Commanding Officer shall direct.
This we request may be done from the Mills most convenient,
reserving as much as possible Flour in those Mills nearest to Balti-
more, which you will send by the Waggons Colonel Wood may
order there for Salt.
