Monday 27 November 1780

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to John Wilmer
Esquire one hundred and seventy eight Pounds, Eight shillings and
two pence of the new Emission in lieu of seven thousand, one hun-
dred and thirty six Pounds, six shillings & ten pence half penny to
be delivd over to John Rawlings pace. passed by the Aud Gl

That the said Treasurer pay to John Bullen Esqr one thousand,
two hundred and thirty seven Pounds on account.

Samuel T. Wright Esqr elected a Member of the Council to the
Governor appeared, produced a Certa of his Qualifications & took
his seat accordingly.

Ordered That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Lieut. Thomas
Luckett of the late Colo Rawlings Regiment Twenty two Gallons
of Rum, Eighty eight pounds of Sugar and forty nine and an half
pounds of Coffee the Allowance from January to November in-
clusive.

That the said Commissary deliver to Lieut. Robert Wilmot of
Colo Harrisons Regt of Artillery fifteen and an half Gallons of Rum,
forty eight pounds of sugar and twenty seven pounds of Coffee,
deficiency of Stores to the 30 Inst, inclusive.
That the said Commissary deliver to Captain John & Michael
Rudulph and George Handy of Major Lee's Legion fifty four
Gallons of Rum, one hundred and forty four pounds of Sugar and
Eighty one pounds of Coffee the alle of Stores to 31 Decr next incle
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Lieut Thomas Luckett
of the late Colo Rawlings's Regimt nine Pounds, one shilling and
six pence of the new Emission in lieu of three hundred and sixty
three pounds due him per acct passed by the Aud. Gl

That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut. Robert Wilmot of Colo
Harrison's Regimt of Artillery five Pounds, nine shillings and six
pence of the same Emission in lieu of Two hundred and nineteen
Pounds due him p acct passed by the Aud. Genl

That the said Treasurer pay to Capts John Rudulph, Michael
Rudulph & George Handy of Major Lee's Legion seven hundred
and eighty three Pounds due them for Stores p Account passed by
the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. John Rudulph one thousand,
three hundred and twelve Pounds ten shillings due him p ace' passed
by the Aud. Genl
