S^r Our number of Magistrates in this County is reduced to six
and them not well situated in the County to do the Business, and as
we sopose your Excelency to be onacquainted with the People of
this County we did at our last Court since the Deth of M^r Potter
consult one another who we should recommend to be aded to the
Commission that would best answer the purpose of doing the Pub-
lick business of the County and did agree that if M^r Thomas Golds-
borough should meet with your Excelencys and Honours approba-
tion, to have him first mentioned in the Commission and Mess^rs
Thomas Nowell Zebulon Potter and Joseph Dugless to be aded to
those allready in the Commission
