In the Powder House

39 half Barrels of old Gun Powder, 38 Cags of Shot, each con-
taining half a hundred weight; a Box of Flints, The following im-
ported since last Session by the Baltimore; 8 Half Barrels Gun
Powder, 6 Barrels ditto; 100 Cags Shot, each containing half a
hundred weight; 5 unopened Chests, containing as per Invoice 320
Carbines, Bayonets and Slings) 5 Carbines, Bayonets and Slings,
in a Chest No I, 3 Cases containing 250 Swords and Belts, as per
Shop notes.

We find the Arms and Accoutrements in the Council Chamber
clean and in good Order, and the several other Arms and Accoutre-
ments mentioned in this Report, generally in good Order; excepting
the 72 old Guns in the Repository, most of which are out of Repair.

We farther find, that since last Sessions, the Armourer, (by the
Governour's Order) has delivered to sundry Persons the following
Arms and Ammunition, as per Receipts appear; viz.

To Capt. Willson, per Order Col. Belt, one Drum

To Samuel Magruder—one ditto

To Capt. Belt, per Order, Col. Belt one ditto

To Mr Mouat, a Flag and one Drum

To Augustine Sylvester, one Carbine

To Capt. Ogle, one Trumpet

To Capt. Debutts, 30 pair of Pistols, and Holsters, 4 Swords and
Belts, and one Trumpet.

To Capt. Thomas Cresap, 60 Carbines with Slings, 10 Pair of
Pistols with Holsters, 10 Swords with Belts, and half a Barrel of
Powder.

To Mr James Johnson, 2 Half Barrels of Powder, Cut.

To Capt. Hargrave. 2 Half Barrels of ditto, Cut

To Capt. William Rogers, 15 Muskets with Slings.

All which is humbly submitted to the Consideration of this Hon-
ourable House Signed p Order, Tho. Jennings Ci. Com.
Which being read, the House concurs therewith.

The House adjourns to 2 of the Clock
