We are Sensible that the French will Embrace every Opportunity
to annoy his Majestys Dominions and Distress his Subjects; and
that It is the indispensible Duty of all Britons to Contribute their
utmost Endeavours to Defeat the Designs of so dangerous an Enemy.
As to Our Own Parts, we assure Your Excellency that nothing
in Our Power shall ever be wanting to demonstrate Our Loyalty
to Our most Gracious Sovereign, or to disappoint the schemes of
his Majestys Enemies against his Sacred Person & Government or
to Our own Security and that of Our fellow Subjects
