Construed and Adjudged Sufficient and available in Law to all In-
tents and Purposes for the Conveying to the said George Plater and
his Heirs all the Estate Right and Title whatsoever either in Law
or Equity which the said Elizabeth now hath or may hereafter have
in or to such Lands so to be Conveyed by Virtue of this Act And be
it Enacted and Declared that nothing in this Act shall be Construed
to divest the said Elizabeth Calvert of her right to her Personal
Estate or any part thereof or any Remedy she may have in Law or
Equity against the said Executors neither shall it bar the Creditors
of the said Samuel Hyde against any remedy they by Law or Equity
ought to have against the Effects of the said Samuel Hyde in the
Hands of any Person whatsoever but that they may Proceed as if
this Act had never been made.
