other Moiety or half part and not in Proportion to their Claims
And Whereas several Attachments were obtained in Pursuance of
the said Writs and by Virtue of such of the said Attachments as
were issued in the Name of the said George Plater only Several
Negroes and other movable Effects and Estate belonging to the said
Samuel Hyde were Attached and Condemned for the use of the
said George Plater and also by Virtue of such of the said Attach-
ments as were issued in the Name of the said Executors for the
Benefit of the said Elizabeth Calvert Several Tracts and Parcells of
Land were Attached and Condemned in the Name of the said Execu-
tors And Whereas the said Elizabeth Calvert in Virtue of the said
agreement is intituled to some Part or Portion of the said Negroes
and other Movable Effects or the Produce or Value thereof so Con-
demned for and in the Name of the said George Plater as aforesaid
As also the said George Plater is intituled to some part or Portion
of the Lands so Condemned in the name of the said Executors in

Lieu and Satisfaction of such Part of the said Negroes and other
movable Effects as the said George Plater shall either by an here-
after agreement or Judgment of any Court deliver or Pay for the
Benefit of the said Elizabeth out of what has been Condemned in
his Name as aforesaid But for as much as the said Executors in
whose Names and at whose Suit the said Lands were so Condemned
are only Trustees for the use and Benefit of the said Elizabeth who
is still an Infant between Sixteen and Seventeen Years of age and
Cannot Execute any Deed for Conveying any Part of such Lands
to him the said George Plater and his Heirs By which means the
said agreement cannot be Carried into Execution nor the Executors
enabled as they are very Desirous to make up an Account of the said
Estate, so that the same may be paid to the said Elizabeth or such
Person or Persons as shall be thought Proper to receive the same It
is therefore prayed that it may be Enacted And Be it Enacted by
the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary by and with the Advice
and Consent of His Lordships Governour and the Upper and Lower
Houses of this Present General Assembly and the Authority of the
same that it shall and may be Lawfull to and for and the said Onorio
Razolini is hereby authorized and impowered to make and Execute
any Deed and Deeds which shall be Necessary for Conveying to the
said George Plater and his Heirs any such Part of the said Lands
as were Condemned as afd in the Name of the said Executors and
which shall be either agreed or adjudged to be Conveyed to the said
George Plater and his Heirs in Satisfaction and Lieu of what of
the said Negroes or Effects or the Value or Produce thereof shall be
Delivered or paid by the said George Plater for the use and benefit
of the said Elizabeth Calvert And it is hereby further Enacted by
and with the Authority Advice and Consent aforesaid that all and
every such Deed or Deeds made, and Executed by the said Onorio
Razolini in Pursuance and by Virtue of this Act shall be and be
