sembly. June 27. 1747. Read the second time, and will pass.

The House met according to Adjournment &c.
All appeared as on Saturday, except Mr Lecompte, Mr Sulivane,
and Capt. Hopper
Mr Thomas Hammond appeared in the House.
On Motion to bring in a Bill to exempt the Treasurers of this
province from the Liberty of pleading the Statute of Limitations
to actions to be brought on their Bonds entered into for discharge of
their offices; Leave is given: Ordered, That the Committee of Laws
prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly.

On Motion to bring in a Bill to revive and continue An Act enti-
tuled, An Act for the more effectual publication of the Laws of this
province, and for the Encouragement of Jonas Green, printer; Leave
