Edward Sprigg. The Bill entituled An Act for Raising Three pence Sterling per Hogshead on all Tobacco to be exported, for purchasing Arms and Ammunition; and for an immediate Supply of Arms for the De- fence of this province, was read the second time, and the Question was put, Whether the said Bill shall pass, or not ? Resolved in the Affirmative.
