Which Bill was here read, and passed for Ingrossing
The Bill, entituled, An Act Empowering the Governor and Coun-
cil for the time being, to Redress certain Evils therein mentioned ;
was Read, and committed for Amendments.
On Motion of a member, that a Bill be brought in to prohibit the
Raising of Swine and Geese, in Oxford Town, in Talbot County;
Leave is given.
On Motion, that a Bill be brought in to prevent the Sale of any
the parishes within this province; Leave is given.
A Bill, entituled, An Act to prohibit the Raising of Swine and
Geese, in Oxford Town, in Talbot County; and was read the first
and Second time by an especial Order, and will pass; was sent to the
Upper House, by Mr Nicholas Goldsborough and Captain Ennalls.
The House Adjourns 'til Monday Morning, 9 of the Clock.

The House met according to Adjournment, &c.
All the Members appeared as on Saturday, except Capt Ennalls,
Mr Thomas Hammond, Mr Addison, Mr Robert Lloyd, Messrs John
and Richard Gresham
Richard Lee Esqr from the Upper House, delivers to Mr Speaker,
the Bill, entituled, a Supplementary Act to the Act entituled, An Act
for laying out the Town a new, commonly called Snow Hill Town,
in Somerset County.
The Bill entituled, An Act to prohibit the Raising of Swine and
Geese in Princess Anne Town, in Somerset County; And the Bill
entituled, An Act to prohibit the Raising of Swine and Geese in
Oxford Town, in Talbot County; Indors'd By the Upper House

A Bill, entituled, An Act to cut of the Entail of 200 Acres of Land,
part of a Tract called St. Patrick's Hill &c was Read the ffirst and
second time by an especial Order, and will pass; and was sent to the
Upper House by Mr Harrison, and Mr Bond.
An Ingrossed Bill, entituled, An Act, to Remedy some proceedings
in the Court of Charles County, and to prevent the Removal of the
Records from the public Offices; was Read and assented to; and with
the paper Bill thereof, sent to the Upper House, by Major Henry
and Mr Mills.
