ing the Sale of Strong Liquors and Runing of horse Races near
the Yearly meetings of the People Called Quakers and to prevent
the Tumultious Concourse of Negroes and other Slaves During the
said Meetings.

to enable the Vestrymen and Church Wardens for the Time being
of St Ann's Parish in Ann Arundel County to Lease certain Lotts
in the City of Annapolis in manner and to the Uses therein men-
tioned and to enable the said Rector Vestrymen and Church War-
dens to Lease certain Lotts of Land within the said City of Annapolis
