Your Committee apprehends that there are still Ballances due
from several Counties on Accot of the 30/ p Taxable received by
the Justices at the first Emitting the Paper Money and recommend
that the Commrs of the Paper Currency Office be directed to give
Notice to the Justices of the respective Counties who have failed
to transmit the said Ballances & that they pay the same without delay
to the said Commissioners all which is submitted to the Considera-
tion of both Houses this 26 day of September 1745
