amongst the Records of the said County a Deed of Bargain & Sale
from John Newell William Collyar and Thomas Bond to John Boyd
of a tract of Land therein mentioned passed and sent by Colo Lloyd
A Bill from the Lower House by Messrs Wootton and Ennalls
Entd an Act to divide Prince Georges County and to erect a new one
by the name of Frederick County thus Endorsed
By the Lower House of Assembly 24 September 1745
Read the first and second time by especial Order and will Pass

Read the first time in this House and Ordered to lie on the Table
Two Bills from the Lower House by Messrs Gresham and Henry
one Entituled an Act to remedy some Inconveniences in the present
Practice relating to Attachmts and the other entd an Act to prevent
frauds and to secure the Estates of other Purchasers thus endorsed
