Read the first and second time by Especial Order and will Pass

Read the first Time in this House and Ordered to Lie on the Table
Read the Petition of Joseph Gwyn praying an Allowance may be
made him for a Negro Man named Martin committed for a Felony
and who dyed in Goal Before his Conviction referred to the Con-
sideration of the Lower House of Assembly and sent by Colo
Hammond.
Read the second time the Bill entd an Act for Settlement of the
Lands therein mentioned on Francis Warring and the Heirs of her
Body lawfully begotten passed & sent by Daniel Dulany Esqr
Read the first time in this House the Bill entd an Act to remedy
some Inconveniences in the present Practice relating to Attachments
and Ordered to lie on the Table
Read the first time the Bill prepared in this House Entt an Act
to prevent Frauds and to secure the Estates of Purchasers and Or-
dered to lie on the Table
Read the Petition of John Boyd praying that an Act may pass to
enable the Clerk of Prince Georges County Court to record a Deed
from John Navil William Collyer and Thomas Bond to the Petr for
