in the morning, and 6 in the afternoon.

The House having considered the resolutions reported by Mr
George from the Grand Committee on Wednesday last doth concur
therewith Mr John Brome a Member returned for Calvert County,
Appears in the House who being Absent the first Meeting of this
Assembly, Mr Smith and Mr Harrison are sent with him to the Upper
House to see him Qualified: They return and Acquaint Mr Speaker
they saw him qualified in the usual manner.
The Gentleman takes his Seat in the House.
A Question was put whether the following shall be made a Resolve
of this House Viz.
Resolved by this House, That as the Circumstances of the People
of this Province will not admit of granting Any further Sum of
Money towards the Support of the Intended Expedition against
Canada, therefore, if any Occasion for money on Accot of that
Expedition should hereafter appear that do not now occur, those
occasions shall be Answered out of the sum already granted.
Resolved in the Affirmative
