an Act for erecting a Town on the North side of Potapsco River in
Baltimore County and for laying out in Lotts Sixty Acres of Land
in & about the Place where John Flemming now lives and to an Act
entituled an Act for erecting a Town on a Creek divided on the East
from the Town lately laid out in Baltimore County called Baltimore
Town on the Land whereon Edward Fell keeps Store passed and sent
by Richard Lee Esq^r
Read the second time the Bill entituled an Act to Record and
make valid in Law a Deed of Bargain & Sale from John Aubrey to
John Hussey and will not pass sent by Col^o Lloyd

Buchanan An Act to prohibite raising Swine & Geese in the Town
of Cambridge in Dorchester County, An Act to impower and direct
the Clerk of Anne Arundel County Court to enter and Record among
the said County Records a Deed of Bargain & Sale from William
Mitchell and Grace his Wife to Mordecai Moore dec'd An Act to
impower and direct the Clerk of Charles County to enter and Record
among the said County Records a Deed of Bargain & Sale from
James Connell and Anne his Wife to John Dunbar of a Parcel of
Land therein mentioned A Supplementary and Additional Act to the
Act entituled an Act for erecting a Town on the North side of
Potapsco River in Baltimore County and for laying out in Lotts
Sixty Acres of Land in and about the Land where John Flemming
now lives, And an Act, entituled an Act for erecting a Town on a
Creek divided on the East from the Town lately laid out in Balti-
more County called Baltimore Town on the Land where Edward
Fell keeps Store severally thus subscribed
