Ordered, that the Committee of Accounts do enquire for the Bonds
passed by Robert Ungle Esq, formerly Treasurer of the Eastern
Shore, for the due Execution of his Office; and what money stands
charged in the said Ungle's Accounts, as paid by him to Richard
Bennett Esq, in the Year 1720; and make report thereof to the
House.
Mr Lecompte hath Leave of the House to go home.
Col. Plater and Col. T'asker, from the Upper House, acquaint Mr
Speaker and the Members of this House, that the Governor requires
their immediate Attendance in the Council Chamber.
Mr Speaker, with the Members, went to the Council Chamber,
where his Excellency made the following Speech. (See page 251.)

Mr Speaker and the Members return to their House, where Mr
Speaker resumes the Chair, and acquaints the House, that his Excel-
lency having thought fit to prorogue this Assembly to the first Tues-
day in September next, this House is prorogued to that Time ac-
