This house hath appointed Mr Philip Hammond Doctor Carroll,
Colo Hooper Colo Colvill Major Sheredine & Mr Lloyd to joyn the
Members of your House mentd in Your Message of this day by
Colo Plater

Read the Petition of the Upper Inhabitants of King Georges Par-
ish in Prince Georges County praying that the Chappel to be built
for the said Parish may be built in Bladensburgh, Read the Petition
of sundry the Inhabitants of the Upper Part of Coventry Parish in
Somerset and Dorchester Counties praying that A Bill may be
brought in to Tax the Inhabitants for building a Chappel of Ease
in the said Parish, Read the Petition of the Inhabitants of Cambridge
in Dorchester County praying that an Act may pass to prevent the
raising of Swine and Geese in the said Town referred to the Con-
sideration of the Lower House of Assembly and sent by Edmund
Jenings Esqr
Read the Petition of sundry the Inhabitants of St. Georges Parish
in Baltimore County praying that the sum of 8oo£ may be Levied
on the Inhabitants of the said County for building a Chappel of
Ease in the afd Parish Rejected
Read the Petition of the Rector Vestrymen and Church Wardens
of Christ Church Parish in Calvert County praying that A Sum of
Money may be Levyed on the Inhabitants of the said Parish to build
a Chappel therein rejected
Adjourned till to Morrow Morning Nine of the Clock

Read the first Time the Bills entituled an Act continuing an Act
entd an Act for the Speedy & effectual Publication of the Laws of
this Province and for the Encouragement of Jonas Green of the
City of Annapolis Printer, The Bill Entituled An Act for laying out

and erecting a Town at a Place called Long Point on the West side
of North East River in Cecil County, the Bill entituled A supplemen-
