Wednesday Morning September 18th 1745
The House met according to Adjournment, and the Proceedings
of Yesterday were read.
Col. King added to the Committee appointed to enquire, where
the Division of Prince George's County may most conveniently
run &a
A Bill entituled, An Act for laying out one Acre of Land con-
venient to Rock Creek Landing on Potomack River, on the Land
George Gordon now lives on, and for building a Rolling House
thereon, was read the first Time, and Ordered to lie on the Table.
Mr George delivers Mr Speaker the following Report, viz. (See
page 39)

Which being read the House concurs therewith, And, Ordered,
that the Committee of Laws prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly.
Mr George Wilson delivers Mr Speaker the following Report, viz.
By the Committee appointed to enquire into the Truth of the Alle-
gation set forth, in the Petition of Samuel Thomas, and Stephen
Glanville, of Kent County
Your Committee have had produced to them a Copy of the last
Will and Testament of Henry Staples deceased, bearing Date the
3d Day of October 1686; which said Copy is signed and attested by
