Mr Speaker is ordered to acquaint Mr Sulivane, that he is dis-
missed from any further Attendance in this House, which he ac-
cordingly does.
And Ordered, that Mr Speaker issue his Warrant to the Secretary
of this Province, to make out a Writ of Election, directed to the
Sheriff of Dorchester County, for electing a Representative to serve
in this present General Assembly, in the room of Mr Sulivane
Col. John Hall hath leave of the House to go Home.

The House met according to Adjournment. All members present
